28/01/2020 – I comitati genitori di Treviglio e Caravaggio incontrano l’ATPL
Venerdì 28 gennaio i comitati dei genitori di Treviglio e Caravaggio hanno incontrato il direttore dell’Agenzia del Trasporto Pubblico Locale (ATPL) del bacino di Bergamo, ing. Emilio Grassi. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti ad essere presenti a questo incontro a causa dello scarso preavviso che c’è stato dato, ma poco male: i genitori della bassa bergamasca hanno ben illustrato i disservizi presenti sul loro territorio e proposto delle soluzioni per farvi fronte. In merito a questo, leggendo il verbale che è stato redatto, vorremmo evidenziare due passaggi:
- le aziende di autotrasporto non avrebbero la “percezione reale della situazione” ed elaborerebbero gli orari delle corse in “modo artigianale”;
- “la necessità di fare attenzione nei primi giorni di scuola, durante i quali ogni anno si ripete lo stesso scenario” dove si “hanno notevoli difficoltà a prendere i mezzi”.
Per quanto riguarda il primo punto, possiamo rispondere in questo modo:
- secondo il nostro giudizio, le cose non stanno in questo modo perché la Provincia, l’ATPL e le Aziende che gestiscono il trasporto pubblico vengono ogni anno informate per tempo della variazione del numero di studenti e della loro provenienza da parte di ogni istituto per cui non è affatto vero che non hanno la percezione reale della situazione! Per quanto riguarda, invece, l’elaborazione degli orari delle corse, onestamente non siamo a conoscenza di quali modalità vengano utilizzate dalle Aziende incaricate della gestione del servizio pubblico, ma non possiamo che essere un tantino preoccupati nell’apprendere che utilizzerebbero un sistema “artigianale” per farlo.
Per quanto concerne, invece, il secondo punto, lo possiamo così commentare:
- la situazione descritta dai genitori è verissima e l’abbiamo fatta presente in tutte le sedi istituzionali in cui ci siamo confrontati. In merito a questo, vi rimandiamo a quest’articolo pubblicato sul nostro blog qualche tempo fa e che descriveva la situazione di disservizio e di sovraffollamento onnipresente ad ogni inizio anno scolastico e le possibili soluzioni da noi proposte.
Detto questo, siamo assolutamente d’accordo con quanto detto dal direttore Grassi in merito al comunicare tempestivamente i disservizi rilevati dagli studenti: su questo punto, secondo noi, c’è ancora molta strada da fare! Per questo motivo, fin dalla nostra nascita abbiamo pubblicato, nella sezione MODULO RECLAMI TRASPORTI del nostro sito, un modulo da compilare online e nella stessa pagina viene indicato di spedire la segnalazione anche all’Agenzia: agenzia@agenziatplbergamo.it.
Infine, dobbiamo rilevare che l’ATPL si è dimostrata, ancora una volta, molto collaborativa con l’utenza scolastica e questo non può che farci piacere!
